4. Chat Function (Orin)
Our website offers an AI-powered chat. The following principles apply:
a) Guest Mode (without registration)
- No personal data is permanently stored.
- The chat conversation exists only during the active session.
- When the chat ends or the browser is closed, all data is irrevocably deleted.
- No data is stored on storage devices.
b) Registered Users (future feature)
- Upon registration, name and email address are stored.
- Chat histories may be stored to enable continuous consultation.
- All stored data is encrypted.
- You have the right to complete deletion of all your data at any time. Deletion is carried out immediately.
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. Feedback Form
When you use the feedback form, the data you enter (name, email, message) is stored to process your request. Providing name and email is voluntary.

Deletion: Feedback data is deleted after processing or after 12 months at the latest.
