As the product develops perfect, the nursery scrum team proposed to move form the current development site to the production site within the companies headquaters. The team knew that this will come sooner or later but didn’t expect it to arrive that fast. One of the biggest remaining issues was the dealing with the input supplier and how to handle pending availability. After a deep breathing with the nursery team they decided to use the next upcoming sprints to only work on that issue and solve it.

In Sprint 27 one of the stakeholders (grandmother) acutally joined the team and started to prepare the production site, so that everything for the scrum team will be ready to keep speed and iterate with high performance over the latest backlog.
